Real estate in the Finnish capital is becoming more expensive, and at the rest of the country it is getting cheaper.
In May 2017, the cost per square meter of secondary housing in multi-storey houses and townhouses in Helsinki averaged 3,730 euros, which is 3.1% more than a year earlier, and in other cities - 1,701 euros, which is 1,7% less. This is reported by the Statistical Center of Finland.
On average, in May 2017, the square meter of "secondary housing" in Suomi cost 2329 euros.
From April to May, housing prices in Helsinki rose by 0.9%, and at the rest of the country - fell by 0.5%.
